Kari is a seasoned relationship therapist specializing in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. She offers support as clients navigate new roles and relationships that come about after the birth of a child. In addition to guiding new parents through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, Kari also walks with clients who are navigating whether or not to become parents in the first place as well as those who’ve experienced the heartbreak of infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, and loss of any kind.

My passion for nature, yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda inform my therapy practice. My approach to therapy honors the power of the mind-body connection and explores ways to support and heal both. I bring a sense of curiosity, warmth, and playfulness to the therapy space—providing my clients with a comfortable, trusting relationship. I hold space for my clients to take an honest look at themselves, their relationships, and the parts of their life they want to transform—all from the comfort of their own homes, with the convenience of telehealth.

The beauty of the therapeutic relationship is that I have no agenda, prior knowledge, or judgement of my clients, and can therefore listen deeply. This unique relationship allows me to ask the questions that loved ones might be too afraid to ask, but are often the key to unlocking your biggest “Aha” moments.

I will work with you to gain clarity on what it is you want, while holding you accountable and continuously nudging you toward creating and living your best life.
