Walk & Talk therapy for womxn doing the BIG BRAVE THING. This isn’t traditional therapy, it’s a therapy experience that helps you more deeply process your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Clients often leave sessions motivated and with a new idea or action plan to put into place.

Your favorite walking path or walking pad
Your investment: $185
Private pay (cash, check, HSA/FSA)
You may choose to submit to insurance providers for reimbursement.
Needs-based reduced rate may be available upon request, agreement, and availability.
