What’s your Big Brave Thing?

This is Walk + Talk therapy for womxn doing the BIG BRAVE THING. This isn’t traditional therapy, it’s a therapy experience that helps you more deeply process your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Clients often leave sessions motivated and with a new idea or action plan to put into place.

Are you facing a major life decision?

Be honest with yourself: Slow down, close your eyes, and tune in to your heart. You know something has to shift… You’re at that fork-in-the-road moment where your next move is going to be life-changing, but you’re not sure you have the courage to take that first step.
