Consider this your official invitation to our Birthday Party…

…and lace up those walking shoes!

Can you feel it? That little flutter of "wait, is summer already ending?" energy in the air?

Turns out, walking with others isn't just more fun — it's more powerful…

…and the “together” part might be the most powerful ingredient.

It turns out, that pull you feel toward gathering with other women? It's not just a nice idea — it's biology.

We have some exciting news to share — Wise Womxn Walking Club was just featured in St. Croix Valley Magazine! 🎉

Have you ever noticed how some of your best ideas don't come when you sit down to think at a desk, they come when you are driving in the car, in the shower, or on a walk?

We all know that walking is good for us. But did you know it actually keeps your brain young?

It starts with a story…

In addition to our usual pre-walk-community-building conversations, we'll be working together to serve our greater community by putting together Kids Snack Pack Kits for Valley Outreach.

We’ll be collecting donations for Valley Outreach to help support those most in need right now. Will you join us?

I’ll give you three guesses…

As the saying goes, “It takes a village.” So… where is it?

I knew there was some buzz generating about this walking club, but wow... Ya'll showed UP.

Please join us for the first ever walk of Wise Womxn Walking Club Stillwater! Remember to RSVP: Your response = your name added into the drawing to win one of these cute/comfy Wise Womxn Walk Stillwater beanies…
